All our shipping costs are calculated automatically. The prices depend on the different rates of the shipping companies like UPS, Fedex, DHL, EMS, etc. Agoodic will send the delivery to the destination the customer gave to us.You can choose whichever shipping methods you like when you place the order.We can offer the tracking number as soon as the Express corporation provide us.General:
UPS will take 2-5 working days, you can track the information in www.ups.com;

Air Mail will take 15-25 working days, you can track the information in www.hongkongpost.com.

Warranty

Our all products come with 12-month warranty, while physical damage caused by the user invalidates the warranty.

Refunds

Refunds only accepted on the following conditions:
1. In the first 30 days after you receive the item
2. keep the item in good condition without any appearance damages, so that you can get the full refund for the possible quality problems.
3. You can get the refund only when the quality problems occurs within 30 days from the day you get it. While you can just get the refund for the product, and you have to share the shipping cost and taxes back to us.
4. After we receive the returned item, we would contact you and refund you according to the condition of the item.

Refund Details:

1. Full refund --- (the refund of the item cost, maybe the possible shipping cost) the problems of the item is caused by our error;
totally in good condition; no scratches or other similar signs on the surface of the item;
2. Partial refund ---(the refund varys from 30% to 80% of the item cost) if there have damages on the appearance, the repairing charges for the damaged parts should be deduct from the total refund amount.

Shipping charges are not refundable.
Warranty will be voided if returned products are abused, mishandled, modified, misused, physically or inflicted damaged by users. We reserve the right to charge a repair fee of 40% of the invoice amount if the warranty expired or is voided.
